i)Worksheet
ii)Database
iii)Graphs

i)Worksheet-this is the working area in a spreadsheet. It is made up of rows and columns where data is entered.
ii)Database-these are related data items organized
in rows and columns that can be manipulated using database function. These features include filtering records, using forms, calculating subtotals and data validation among others.
iii)Graphs-these are pictorial representations of data on a worksheet which enable a user to represent data
elements and their relationships. Examples include pie charts, line charts and bar graphs
