a)Attachment: this is a textual, graphical, audio or video file that accompanies a mail. It has to be downloaded for use.
b)cc: this is short for carbon copy. It is used when one wants to send a copy of a
mail to other recipients.
c)Bcc: this is short for Blind carbon copy. It is used to send copy to other recipient
without individual recipients knowing who else has received the mail.
d)Recipient: this is the person intended to receive the sent email.
