State circumstances under which one may lose Kenyan citizenship after registration

- If a person during any war which Kenya is engaged in gives secrets to the enemy or
assists the enemy in any way.
- If a registered person is sentenced to imprisonment for a period of three years or
more within the first five years of registration.
- If at any time after registration on is convicted of treason.
