ii) Boundary and environment.
iii) Open and closed system.

i) Hard system and soft system. - In hard system, goals and objectives are clearly defined while in soft system, goals and objectives are not clearly defined.
ii) Boundary and environment. - Boundary is the space within which the system operates while
environment is the entity that is outside the boundary but interacts with the system.
iii) Open and closed system. - An open system receives input and gives output to the environment while closed system does not.
